Breina Pugh is the Government & Community Relations Manager for the Lansing Board of Water & Light. In this role, she serves as the community liaison for BWL to the community, neighborhoods and local government. She also coordinates BWL’s community sponsorship program, employee volunteerism and internal/external events. Prior to joining B
Breina Pugh is the Government & Community Relations Manager for the Lansing Board of Water & Light. In this role, she serves as the community liaison for BWL to the community, neighborhoods and local government. She also coordinates BWL’s community sponsorship program, employee volunteerism and internal/external events. Prior to joining BWL, she served as the Community Relations Coordinator at Granger Waste Services. Breina is an active member of the community serving on several boards including Capital Area Humane Society, ATHENA WIN and Advancing Women in Energy. Breina lives in Lansing with her husband and two cats.
