Annelise has more than 12 years of experience conducting research and analysis, managing projects and grants, and advising on, evaluating, and leading energy and sustainability projects for public, private, and nonprofit organizations, Annelise drives impact through evidence-based insights and creative solutions that increase energy efficiency, promote sustainable outcomes, and reflect health and economic complexities.
As a managing consultant at Guidehouse, Annelise supports agriculture, energy, sustainability, and electric vehicle projects through process evaluation and program improvement, conducting interviews and surveys, conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, policy research, and executing strategic planning processes.
Annelise earned a MPA in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management and Policy Analysis from Indiana University as well as a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University. Prior to Guidehouse, Annelise provided grant portfolio management and strategic analysis for The Kresge Foundation, conducted data analysis and executed economics, health, water, and natural resources projects for Public Sector Consultants, and led energy efficiency, solar, and joint City-County sustainability projects for the Monroe County, Indiana Board of Commissioners.
